Design Matters! A good design truly improves the way you live and work as seen from the many examples around us.  Owners may feel the pinch when incurring cost on the professional fee. However, just imagine for a moment how much more you will have lost (in terms of money and time) when you make the wrong commitments due to inexperience of choosing fixtures and inaccurate measurements.  It helps owners/renters to avoid making unwise decisions and chaos when it comes to purchasing materials, furniture, lights, etc.  You can be confident and proud to show off your property or home!

There exist very basic differences between Architects and Interior Designers.  While some architecture firms may be offering interior design services too, most of the firms focus on just the building structure.  So working only with an Architect may mean you have a plan only as far as the structure is concerned.  Your home or office is much more than just a structure!  It is a space which showcases you and how you live/work… it needs much more care and attention.  A good interior design firm makes sure all your functional and aesthetic requirements are met.

The sooner the better.  We can be of help at any stage of the design process, however, the best results are experienced when our involvement in the process is from beginning.  It helps you make the structure of your building in accordance with design requirements and saves lots of money.

In this world of technology and speed, no distance is too far!  Most of India is within 3hours flights from Delhi.  Eternity Designers offer online design consulting services too, for outstation projects.  Emails, Messaging, Video Calls are always available for instant contact.  Whenever visits are required, these can be scheduled in advance as per our business policy and applicable charges.

We then offer an initial home consultation.  In this meeting Vaneesh will walk through your home or business with you, and speak with you about the specific needs of your interior design or construction project. No actual design is done in this meeting, just an evaluation of the project scope and your particular needs and timing.  After this meeting, a design fee proposal will be sent to you for your review.  We look forward to help you in achieving your design goals. Please call or email our office to arrange your initial consultation. The fee for this consultation is Rs.2000/- within our base location city. (Payable at the time of booking an appointment).  This is adjusted in your total design fees if you proceed to hire us to create your vision.

Before beginning work, we take a design a fee advance as per our terms and conditions that is applied to your final invoice.  You go through a detailed questionnaire that helps us get to know you better and records all your requirements, usually called as “the client brief”.  We then engage in a visioning session and work with you on any fact finding (preferred design styles, requirements for each room, how you live and work in your home etc.).  We photograph the residence, and take formal measurements. From there we prepare a schematic design presentation, showing you our initial drawings, proposed material selections, palette options, and concepts.  After design approval of that stage, we work with you on narrowing down the final selections, pricing, and implementing the design.

Initially, it may take some time in getting to a common understanding platform.  Once we are on the same frequency, you can go ahead and continue with your routine.  It always works out better to leave the project at this stage to the design team as it helps results with a single vision.  However, you are always free to let us know of changes if required.  These shall be taken care of within the scope of our agreement.

At Eternity, we follow a very systematic approach to the design process.  So usually, the results are just as you had asked us to do (remember – “the client brief”).  We are totally dependent on how our clients have wanted us to work.  In spite of this, in case any changes are required, it is always possible while we are still at the same design phase.  We make sure, the design comes out as good as you had expected!

Interior designing is a delicate task! It takes hours of hard work and imagination to make your dream come true!  Depending on the nature, size and scope of project, it may take anything from one month to three months in designing a project.  For situations where the lead time is lesser, we may ramp up the process and help you get the project started within shorter timespans!

Depending on the location and scope of agreement, site visits may or may not be a part of the standard design process.  In case you need site visits, please discuss this during the first meeting!

We undertake all premium interior design projects, where we can justify our presence.  For execution, only those projects are taken up which have been designed by us.

Yes, very much!  It depends on our clients how they want to proceed with the project.  In case you want to execute the project on your own you can depend on us for supervision and guidance.  In case, you would want to utilise our services for execution, Eternity Designers offers end-to-end project solutions – from design to the final installation of décor accessories!

No project is small… even a bedroom well done is equally satisfying to us if it fulfils your dreams.  However, it is always beneficial to optimise the time-effort-cost equation before entering into a project.

When we have taken up the project execution, we make sure all purchases are done to the best possible standards within budget as discussed.  It is as good as you would have done yourself!  You can relax and see your dreams come true!  Our previous clients happily testify this!

The success of a project depends on the smooth coordination of material and men.   It helps save time, effort and cost!  So it is always better if both the aspects remain either with you or with us.

Depending on the nature, size and scope of project, it may take anything from one month to four months in bringing a project to life.  For situations where the lead time is lesser, we may ramp up the process and help you get the project started within shorter timespans!  However, for huge projects, time spans may vary, and shall be discussed while contracting.

Design consulting fees vary as per nature and size of project.  The costs for large office spaces is significantly lower than premium retail or luxury homes!  Smaller the size of project, higher is the design fees!  We would be happy to discuss your project requirements and making our offer!

Project execution has a hundred cost components to be worked on.  Every single detail of design specification changes the cost of execution of project.  Only after the detailed designing has been done, can a valid cost estimate be prepared.  Moreover, every client has a different budget range and where they want their project to be!

Site visits are purely your choice!  If you feel the need you may ask for site visits too and we would be happy to help.  Please refer to our terms and conditions during the initial discussions phase.

Once the drawings and details have been submitted, any further time investments are to be suitably paid for.

We have a very transparent system for all fees and charges.  It is highly suggested that a detailed discussion be done before we sign up to work for you.

Yes, we have put up a comprehensive written contract to achieve clarity, summarise all details and reduce any remote chances of conflicts.  We value our clients and would want the relations maintained for life.

Payments may be made by cheque deposits, or bank transfers (NEFT, IMPS etc).  All payments made through banking system are compulsorily billable and attract a GST of 18%, over and above the basic design fees.

We believe in delivering excellent results to all our clients and make sure we put in enough efforts to do that!  We are sure you do not want any compromises on our work quality or work ethics.  Most of clients use our services for our commitment to work, so discounts don’t matter to them!
